# Uninstalling Mods

## Mods on Steam Workshop

Mods downloaded through Steam Workshop will be downloaded to: `SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\1621690\`

{% hint style="warning" %}
It is not recommended to uninstall them from this folder as this can cause desync issues with Steam.
{% endhint %}

If you'd like to uninstall a mod then head on over to our Steam Workshop, open the "Your Files" dropdown on the right side of the page and click "Subscribed Items".\

Here you can view all installed mods and unsubscribe from them individually or from all at once.

In case you'd like to unsubscribe from a specific mod, please search for it in the Workshop and uninstall from there.

## Mods on mod.io

Mods downloaded through mod.io will be downloaded to this directory:\
`C:\Users\Public\mod.io\5289\mods\`<br>

{% hint style="warning" %}
Similarly to Steam Workshop, it is not recommended to uninstall them directly as that might cause issues.
{% endhint %}

If you'd like to uninstall a mod, you should head in-game to the "MODS" menu option. In there you can head over to collections and uninstall mods that have no dependents. If other mods depend on it, you need to uninstall the dependents first.

## Manual Uninstallation

To uninstall any mods which you have installed manually, you need to head to the game installation folder and then into `CoreKeeper_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods`

This is also where you had to install them at first. So just delete them from there and open up your game again.
